In accordance with order No. 58 of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 24 July 2024 on approval of the Rules for Health Professionals’ Liability Insurance, please be informed that a Unified Insurance Pool (UIP) of Mandatory Health Professionals’ Liability Insurance was set up on 2 October 2024. The law will enter into effect on 23 October 2024.
