Call-Center Operator

Responsibilities:

    • Conduct telephone sales of insurance products (a customer database is provided);
    • Build your own client base;
    • Carry out insurance policy renewals;
    • Explain insurance terms and conditions to clients;
    • Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance;
    • Take applications over the phone;
    • Process insurance policy contracts.

Requirements:

    • Fluent speech;
    • Knowledge of Kazakh and Russian languages (knowledge of Kazakh language will be considered an advantage);
    • Sales experience is desirable (experience in insurance will be an advantage);
    • Mobility, responsibility, high productivity.
